I initially became interested in psychology at school, moving onto studying it at college. I then studied a BSc at Cardiff University in Psychology. During this time, I started voluntary placements in order to gain experience with clients and people in need. Following university, I studied stroke neuroscience research whilst saving for a masters in counselling.
During my counselling psychology masters, I took varied placements with adults and adolescents to maximise experience gained whilst studying. After qualification, I continue to train regularly each year to keep up to date with new approaches and techniques. I am currently offering sessions in therapy and counselling in Bromsgrove and Harborne in Birmingham with ample parking and a private location. In 2018, I became accredited with the BACP.
